Retreat Methodology
This retreat is thoughtfully designed to offer a powerful break from your daily routine, creating space for deep inner work, energetic renewal, and spiritual transformation through mindfulness and meditation. Throughout the retreat, you will be gently guided by an experienced Soulversity trainer, working under the spiritual mentorship of Master Dev OM. The structure is intentionally flexible and responsive to your current energy, emotional state, and spiritual readiness, ensuring a personalised and deeply nourishing experience. Rather than following a rigid schedule, our approach honours the organic flow of the group, allowing each session to unfold intuitively while maintaining the integrity of the retreat’s purpose: to reconnect you with your inner peace and spiritual essence.

7 things a seeker should consider before registering for a Meditation Retreat?
1. Lead Teacher's Profile: Who is the lead teacher, and what are their background, experience, and qualifications in meditation? Are they a passionate and experienced meditator?
2. Teacher's Personal Practice: A retreat is only as transformative as the one who guides it.
Read about the teacher, listen to their talks, feel their vibe. Make sure their path resonates with your heart, not just your curiosity.
3. The Retreat Style: Not all retreats are the same.
Some are silent and introspective, others include movement, discussions, or rituals. Check if the format aligns with your comfort zone — or challenges you just enough to grow.
4. Level of Intensity: Will it be a gentle introduction or a deep, immersive dive?
If you’re new, don’t jump into a hardcore 10-day silent retreat unless you’re truly ready. Balance your enthusiasm with what your mind-body can genuinely hold.
5. Approach and Philosophy: What approach to meditation will be taught, and what philosophy or principles will guide the practice? Are there any specific techniques or traditions that will be emphasised?
6. Retreat Center's Ambience: What is the reputation of the retreat center, and how conducive is it to meditation and relaxation? Are the facilities clean, comfortable, and peaceful?
7. Post-Retreat Guidance: A great retreat doesn’t end when you leave.
Check if there’s any follow-up support or integration help. The real shift often happens after — and it helps to have guidance when you return to ‘real life’.
