Singing Bowls produce sounds that evoke a deep state of relaxation. Through the therapy, one can restore the normal vibratory frequencies of one’s mind, body and soul.
In this Course you will undergo formation of full-body Session for 80 mins.  In session you will learn to give Sound Bath, Nada yoga as well as Chakra balancing and Aura Cleansing with Singing Bowl.

This is a non- traditional and non religious new age training that is not related to Yoga or pranayama. It focuses on meditative breathworks to grow on the path of meditation and synchronicity. It helps new-comers and advanced meditators grow spiritually.

This 50-hour Sufi + Heartfulness meditation teacher training is designed especially for those people who Have some invocation of inner light and want to share the beauty and light of Sufi meditation with the world. The purpose is to spread the light of Sufi heartfulness to all people from all religion or background so in the training we focus on the core and the purpose through various marqabas and Sufi whirling.
