About the event

Join our 21 Days Challenge of Mindfulness Meditation, a program designed for personal transformation. In just 21 days, you'll gain powerful tools to cleanse, heal, and balance your thoughts and emotions.

We will connect every day for 21 days for 30 minutes to meditate, to sit, and to go inwards. We will show up each day for ourselves to go inwards, to meet ourselves again, to give time to ourselves, to pause, to not run away from ourselves and from life, to understand ourselves better.

We will be doing 7 powerful meditations from different traditions for 3 days each, which you will be able to use in your daily life after the 21-day Challenge is finished. This simple practice of meditation has the potential to change your life and to assist in moving through what is happening in your life.

What it includes:

  • Deep Inner Cleansing: We will be letting go of old energies, cleansing ourselves.
  • Rebuilding Inner Connection: We will be connecting with ourselves on many levels (body, heart, soul).
  • Being Present: We will be activating the ability to be in the moment, no matter what is happening.
  • Stillness, Awareness & Rooting: We will be sitting together for 30 minutes each day for 21 days and being in stillness, awareness, and presence.

What will you get:

  • You will feel calm, peaceful, ready for new, ready for whatever life may bring you: new challenges, new opportunities, new feelings, but with more calm inside, with a pure, open and connected heart.

The program is delivered by Zivile and a team of other highly dedicated and experienced Soulversity Trainers.
