  • Silent Sitting in Nature: Immerse yourself in the serene vibes of nature as you engage in silent meditation. Find a peaceful spot amidst beautiful surroundings, allowing the soothing sounds, sights, and scents of nature to enhance your meditation experience.

  • Silent Sitting with Flow: Experience a unique blend of movement and stillness in this special meditation practice. Engage in gentle movements or flowing exercises to help calm the mind and body, and then transition into a state of stillness and silent meditation. It's a beautiful way to find balance and harmony within.

  • Zazen: Embark on a journey into the Zen tradition of meditation with Zazen. This practice emphasizes the importance of posture and breath. Find a comfortable seated position, focus on your breath, and let go of any distractions. Through Zazen, you can cultivate a deep sense of presence and inner peace.

  • Mindfulness Walk & Movements: Engage your senses and fully immerse yourself in the present moment with mindful walks and movement exercises. Take each step mindfully, feeling the ground beneath your feet and observing the world around you. Incorporate gentle movements that promote awareness and connection with your body. It's a wonderful way to cultivate mindfulness in motion.

  • Darkness Meditation: Step into the realm of introspection and self-discovery with darkness meditation. Find a quiet space where you can dim the lights or create complete darkness. By removing visual stimuli, you can deepen your focus and explore the depths of your inner world. This practice often leads to profound insights and a heightened sense of awareness.

  • Silent Mindful Eating: Transform your relationship with food by practicing silent mindful eating. Engage all your senses as you savor each bite, paying close attention to the flavors, textures, and aromas. By eating in silence and fully immersing yourself in the present moment, you can cultivate a deeper appreciation for nourishment and develop a more mindful approach to eating.

  1. You can choose from 2 options: A minimum of 10 hours of silence per day or total silence.

  2. 3 live sessions of around one hour each day with the retreat facilitator (with recordings for those who may miss a live session).
